Common Issues
I didn't receive my sign-in code
Sign-in codes are sent from [email protected] and occasionally land in spam or promotions folders, especially with Gmail and Outlook.
Resolution
Check your spam and promotions folders. If it's not there, wait 60 seconds and request a new code from the login page — each new request invalidates the previous code. If the problem persists, contact us.
My sign-in code has expired or is not working
Sign-in codes are single-use and expire after 60 minutes. If you requested more than one, earlier codes are immediately invalidated.
Resolution
Return to the login page and request a fresh code. Enter the most recent code you received promptly. If you are entering the code manually, make sure you copy all 8 digits.
Payment was taken but I have no consultations
This can happen if the payment succeeded but the webhook that credits your account was delayed or interrupted.
Resolution
Wait a few minutes and refresh the consultation page — credits sometimes arrive shortly after the payment confirmation screen. If your account still shows zero consultations after 10 minutes, email us with your payment confirmation and we will credit your account manually within 24 hours.
My consultation failed and I want my credit back
If the oracle fails to respond due to a technical error, your credit is automatically returned. This happens in the background and should take only a few seconds.
Resolution
Refresh the page and check your remaining consultation count. If the credit was not returned, contact us with the approximate time of the failed consultation and we will restore it.
My invite link isn't working
Invite links expire 30 days after they are generated, and each link can only be used once. If the link has already been used or has expired, it will not work.
Resolution
Ask the person who sent you the invite to check whether the link is still active on their invites page. If it has expired, they may be able to generate a new one if they have slots remaining.
I can't hear my question being transcribed (microphone input)
Speech-to-text uses your browser's built-in Web Speech API, which is only available in certain browsers. It is fully supported in Chrome and Edge but not in Firefox or Safari.
Resolution
Switch to Chrome or Edge if you want to use the microphone input, or simply type your question instead — the text input works in all browsers.
