Terms of Service
Last updated: 7 May 2026
1. What Onsho Is
Onsho is an invite-only AI consultation service. Access is granted by existing members via a time-limited invite link. Consultations are purchased individually or in packs. Each consultation uses one credit from your account.
The service is provided for personal, reflective use only. Responses are generated by AI models and are not professional advice of any kind — legal, medical, financial, or otherwise.
2. Payment Terms
Consultations are purchased individually or in packs and credited to your account immediately upon successful payment. All prices are shown inclusive of applicable tax.
Consultation credits are non-transferable and do not expire, provided the service remains active. In the event that Onsho ceases operation, we will provide reasonable notice by email and any unused credits will be refunded on a pro-rata basis where practically possible.
Unused consultation credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase provided none have been used from that purchase. Once a consultation credit has been used it cannot be refunded.
If a consultation fails due to a technical error on our side, the credit is automatically returned to your account. If automatic restoration fails, contact us and we will restore it manually.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
3. Acceptable Use
You may only use Onsho for your own personal reflection. You may not:
- Share your account or session with others
- Attempt automated or scripted access to the service
- Attempt to extract, scrape, or systematically reproduce the AI responses
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to circumvent access controls or the invite system
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without notice for violations of these terms.
4. Intellectual Property
The Onsho name, brand, and all software are our intellectual property. AI-generated responses are provided for your personal use and reflection only — they may not be resold, republished, or used commercially.
We make no claim over content you submit as your consultation question.
5. Limitation of Liability
Onsho is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the service.
Our total liability to you in connection with these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be notified by email where possible. We will always notify you by email of any changes that affect your payment terms or data rights.
8. Contact

9. Data Protection
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. By using Onsho you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights or to raise a data protection concern, contact us at [email protected].
We act as data controller for personal data you provide. Third party processors used in delivering the service are listed in our Privacy Policy.
